One question: where do we find the definition of Christian marriage in the NT? Genuinely curious about this, since the NT seems to be more about the Kingdom of God, rather than earthly things. Thank you, Ann
Jesus has a great deal to say about earthly things, e.g. not stealing, lusting after others, loving your neighbour, paying taxes etc. Jesus also reaffirms the Genesis understanding of marriage as between a man and a woman, thus linking the institution to the created order. Matthew 19:5.
